HEYTESBURY

BALLSBRIDGE

An existing mews building, which was well located but unattractive with a limited layout. Our brief was to create a comfortable and calm pied a Terre. We developed the brief to provide internal accommodation that flowed, but with the flexibility to have separate spaces. The exterior of the house was completely renovated with full external insulation clad onto the existing walls. A small extension to the rear made a strong connection to the new garden layout from a new dining area and master bedroom suite over.

Materials were carefully selected inside and out to create a calm haven in the middle of the city. Crisp rendered walls, zinc roofing externally, white oiled oak floors and doors internally. Working hand in hand with the client’s interior designer resulted in
a bespoke design of high architectural quality.
